What you’ll work on
The agents people actually run in production. Open-source code that shows up in real workflows. Engineering problems with no obvious right answer — then the discipline to ship a sensible one.
How we work
Distributed by default and biased toward action. Async-first writing, deep-work hours that aren’t interrupted by meeting theatre, and small teams that own surfaces end-to-end. We ship fast, learn from what landed, and adjust — weekly, not quarterly. Off-sites a few times a year to cook, walk, and build.
What we look for
Strong taste in the work. A bias toward writing things down. People who move fast, learn faster, and can hold a strong opinion and change it when the evidence shifts. Past credentials matter less than what you’ve actually shipped.
